Order Cancellation Policy
Orders on MyGrillParts.com are processed quickly to ensure timely shipping. Because of this:
- We are unable to modify, cancel, or reroute orders once they have been placed.
- Please double-check your order details, shipping address, and any discount codes before submitting your purchase.
- Discount or promo codes must be applied at checkout. We cannot retroactively apply discounts or issue refunds for codes not used correctly.

Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- Items must be in new, unused condition and returned with original packaging.
- Items showing signs of use, damage, or wear are not eligible for refund.

How to Request a Return
Before returning any item, you must obtain a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number:
- Visit our Contact Page
- Select “Returns” as your inquiry type
- Provide your reason for return and order details
- Wait for your RGA number and confirmation email

Shipping Your Return
Once your return is approved:
- Include your packing list and contact information inside the package
- Clearly mark the RGA number on the packing list and outside of the box
- Ship your return to:

Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- A $15 restocking fee applies to any refused or undeliverable shipments. If your order total is under $15, no refund will be issued.

Shipping Address Policy
Customers are responsible for entering a complete, accurate, and safe-to-deliver address (no P.O. Boxes). We are unable to edit addresses once the order has been submitted.
- My Grill Parts is not responsible for packages once the carrier marks them as delivered.
