RETURN POLICY

Unfortunately, things happen, and we understand you need to return products for various reasons. Review our return instructions below: 

  • You may return your items within 30 days of receipt for a refund.
  • All items must be returned in like-new condition. Any item that shows use or wear and tear will not be refunded.
  • Please include the packing list in your shipment back to us along with your contact information and RGA # clearly printed on your packing list and on the outside of the box.

 

HOW TO REQUEST AN RGA #:

  • Provide us with a reason for your return along with your request for an RGA # through our Contact Page. Select "Returns" under inquiry type. We will review your request and provide you with an RGA #.
