Grill is designed for outdoor use. When using it indoors there is an accumulation of toxic fumes that can become a reason of considerable intoxication or injury. When coals are hot or warm, you can not add pep fluid for charcoal and charcoal saturated with a liquid to ignite.
Before you start cooking, let the fire break out within 25 – 30 minutes. The coals should be covered with a thin layer of gray ash. Before the ignition of charcoal and during cooking top and bottom vents should be open, and all Weber charcoal grill parts functioning in a proper manner. If the fire is too strong, the bottom flap can be partially closed to regulate the intensity of the heat. During cooking the upper vent should always be open. Use regulation of the vents with gloves for grilling. When using liquid ignitor let soak charcoal igniter for a few minutes. Then ignite the coal in several places. Use high quality charcoal and store it in a dry place. Charcoal absorbs moisture easily and does not burn, if it is moist. If charcoal is not stored in a room, you should keep it in a waterproof container under a tight lid. Before you start cooking, read all instructions carefully. To flip the meat, always use tongs, especially after installation of new Weber gas grill replacement parts. Thus, the meat is punctured and not loses the natural juices. Weber Grill can cook in two ways – directly and indirectly. The direct method is usually used for fast cooking directly over the coals – to cook these dishes takes no more than 25 minutes. It’s very simple: Make sure that the grill has cooled down, and coals are completely extinguished. Remove the ashes. Rinse with water and mild detergent. Rinse well with clean water.
